The journal
Every trade, with the numbers from MetaTrader and the part MetaTrader cannot give you: what you were thinking, and whether you followed the method.
Trades that followed all three rules
Adherence matters more than the win rate.
A losing trade that took the entry at seventy-nine percent, waited for the approach and respected the ladder is a good trade. It simply did not pay this time, and if you keep taking it, it will. A winning trade that skipped all three was luck, and luck has a habit of collecting what it lends out.
So the number to watch on this page is the last one. Get that above ninety and the rest tends to follow on its own.

A win, but not a clean one. Worth more attention than the losses that followed the rules.
Moved the stop at +68 when the rule says +70. Four pips of impatience cost 90 pips of trade.
Before
Calm. The read was obvious.
During
Anxious once it hit +68 — wanted to protect it.

Entered four minutes after the lock with no approach at all. This is not a STIOS trade, it is a guess wearing its clothes.
Before
Impatient. Entered at 15:34 before any approach.
During
Knew it was wrong the moment I clicked.
